Pickup times will vary depending on the length of charter and our goals for the day.

Capt. Tom will speak with you directly prior to your trip to coordinate meeting time, location and what your goals are for your fishing experience.

We understand that things happen!

So, in the event that you need to cancel your fishing charter , we only ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation and will provide a full refund.

We fish rain or shine, however we want everyone to be safe.

In the event that Capt. Tom chooses to call off your fishing charter due to poor weather or other conditions which might make your trip unsafe, we’ll do our best to reschedule your charter.

If for travel or other reasons you are unable to reschedule with us, we’ll provide a 100% refund for any amounts previously paid.

Meeting locations vary based on the type of fishing charter you booked.

Prior to your charter date, Capt. Tom will speak with you and confirm a meeting location and time.

Depending on the charter type and time of year, we target the following species on our fishing charters:

  • Redfish
  • Trout
  • Black Drum
  • Snook
  • And more…

Yes, however keeping different fish species may be seasonal – so ask your Captain which fish can be kept at the time of your charter.

Capt. Tom will clean your fish and even recommend local restaurants that will cook your fresh catch for you!

Absolutely! Capt. Tom works extremely hard to provide his guests with the best fishing experience possible.
 
Customarily, gratuities for a Captain are 20%+ of the cost of your charter.

Mosquito Coast Fishing Charters has all of the licenses and permits you’ll need for your saltwater fishing charter and are included for your trip.

For freshwater fishing charters you’ll need a valid, Florida freshwater fishing license.

All guests 65 or older, require no license in the State of Florida.

Yes. We even supply an iced-down cooler to keep your drinks chilly!

We just ask that you drink responsibly and leave the glass containers at home.

You’ll be fishing from Capt. Tom’s 18′, Hewes Redisher!

The Boat includes:

  • Livewell for keeping bait alive and fresh
  • Cooler for drinks and snacks
  • Ample space for 3 guests to be comfortable and safe

Maximum number of guests is 3 (plus your Captain).
