Assorted Panfish

In our region of the St Johns River a verity of panfish are available year round, and always are great fun on light spin and fly tackle.  These species vary in size and location fished, but are great table fare and fun to catch, especially for young kids who are not picky about what they are catching.

All in all, a freshwater family fishing adventure on Central Florida’s St Johns River is a great option to the many saltwater adventures available and can serve as a Plan ‘B’ when weather conditions are not favorable in the open waters of the Lagoons and open ocean.
