Frequently Asked Questions

What is provided?

All equipment, fishing tackle, and bait are provided as well as a Florida State fishing license for up to three people. I utilize top quality spinning and fly tackle all in top working order. I also supply sunscreen, cold drinks, water, and lunch if requested.

What type equipment do you utilize?

We'll be fishing from my 1995 Maverick 17' Master Angler (Three Quarter Time), which was custom build and designed for shallow water flats fishing. It is fully equipped with polling and casting platforms, two oversized live bait and release wells, a 6-inch hydraulic jack plate and trim tabs. A 115 Yamaha Pro V Salt water series engine powers Three Quarter Time with a remote control Minn Kota Riptide trolling motor for sneaking up on the fish. I also have a VHF radio, Furno 600L color sounder, and a Garmin 126 GPS for electronics.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is polarized sunglasses, hat, appropriate clothing for Florida 's changing climate, camera, and a desire to catch fish. If you plan on fly-fishing, I recommend lightweight wading boots. Please ware footwear designed for outdoor use, such as tennis or deck shoes. You can bring you own tackle if you desire, but please let me know ahead of time so I can make room on the boat.

What not to bring.

Do not bring black sole shoes, or bananas.

How many people can you accommodate?

The ideal number of people on the boat is two, but three people can be accommodated for an additional $75.00.
